We do get a<span id=\"rmm\">\u00a0<\/span>lot of incoming emails and inquiries. And I always check out the agency before agreeing to something or taking those conversations further. We get a lot of inquiries from people with just Gmail addresses or websites that don\u2019t seem to be of<strong class=\"il gq\">\u00a0<\/strong>a certain level. So, we do prioritize replying to agencies that look quite professional because that indicates that they\u2019ll be easier to deal with.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div class=\"m-border-top block\">\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-1\">\r\n        <h3>What might a blogger not like about working with an agency?<\/h3>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-2\">\r\n        <p>A blogger working with an agency could have a push-back against the creative brief that\u2019s given to them. They&#8217;re often a lot of points in the brief to hit, and we always say 45 seconds to a minute is an integration length. But there\u2019s so much stuff to talk about in the briefs that this can often go to 1.25, 1.30. We do that because, you know, we want to satisfy the client. But at the same time that isn\u2019t the best viewer experience, I think. It\u2019ll actually be counterproductive for that to be the case.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div class=\"m-border-top block\">\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-1\">\r\n        <h3>How do you find advertisers?<\/h3>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-2\">\r\n        <p>In general, we\u2019ve been quite lucky. It\u2019s always very easy to work with agencies. I\u2019d say agencies are actually easier to work with than directly with the clients. When we worked directly with people they\u2019re just not as organized. And that does really create a bottleneck for the whole process.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div class=\"m-border-top block\">\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-1\">\r\n        <h3>Do you work with a manager or on your own?<\/h3>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-2\">\r\n        <p>We\u2019ve tried both. We started off just on our own. Last year we got in a head of brand partnerships for our companies because we\u2019ve not just WrestleTalk to run and that was ok. But we realized that we\u2019re not big enough to have someone solely dedicated to that. And they got in a few bits of extra business but that is mostly just incoming stuff that we could have<strong class=\"il gq\">\u00a0<\/strong>filled in ourselves. So, we\u2019re back on our own now.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div class=\"m-border-top block\">\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-1\">\r\n        <h3>Do you make creatives by yourself? How long does it take you to do this?<\/h3>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-2\">\r\n        <p class=\"ij ik gp il b im je in io ip jf iq ir is jg it iu iv jh iw ix iy ji iz ja jc gi hm\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">I come up with all the sponsorship spots currently. We\u2019re a team of five or six, we\u2019ve had a lot of creatives this month. So I\u2019d probably start to delegate those tasks to other people in the team. How long it takes\u2026 It\u2019s difficult to say. Because coming up with an idea, if the client wants an idea that is a little sketch or something, can take just a couple of days of background thinking. But once that\u2019s in place, it\u2019s a full day of production in terms of writing, shooting, editing. But when we speak about more standard integrations, where we just put them as a quick bit in the rest of the news \u2014 like for RAID, cause we\u2019ve worked with RAID a few times now, \u2014 we roughly know what the client wants and it\u2019s very easy to turn that around. That probably top to bottom takes about half a day, three-quarters of the day.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_193\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-193\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-193\" src=\"https:\/\/zorka.agency\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/0_7CZtdUL2qy3dQW_s-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"@WrestleTalk\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zorka.agency\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/0_7CZtdUL2qy3dQW_s-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/zorka.agency\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/0_7CZtdUL2qy3dQW_s-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/zorka.agency\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/0_7CZtdUL2qy3dQW_s.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-193\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">@WrestleTalk<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div class=\"m-border-top block\">\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-1\">\r\n        <h3>What creative formats are the most popular among subscribers?<\/h3>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-2\">\r\n        <p><a class=\"cs jj\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PL3V-cB-kGk916fId_K4DRY-Tej2hEtR33\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">WrestleTalk News<\/a>\u00a0is the most popular series we have that gets the most views, I suppose. But we also have the\u00a0<a class=\"cs jj\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PL3V-cB-kGk91_GUHCqtvr1IjPV6x10X74\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">WrestleTalk Podcast<\/a>\u00a0which has a lower number of views but because it\u2019s a longer show. That gets a more dedicated kind of fans. We found that those bits sponsored in the WrestleTalk Podcast can actually be more effective for clients than the WrestleTalk News just because of the type of viewer it\u2019s reaching.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div class=\"m-border-top block\">\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-1\">\r\n        <h3>How does your audience react to advertising?<\/h3>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-2\">\r\n        <p>It depends. We\u2019re very careful now. You have to put a lot of thought into each advert so it shows it\u2019s not just a cash grab. Because the viewer wants to feel valued. And I think we\u2019ve got it to a point now when we run an integration in our episodes a lot of feedback is \u201dWrestleTalk have to do these things for the money\u201d which is, you know, a nicer way of saying \u201cWrestleTalk is sold out\u201d. Going by the thumbs up-thumbs down, we probably have a ratio at anything with an integration on gets a 95% thumbs up-thumbs down ratio. Whereas stuff without is usually 97% and above.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div class=\"m-border-top block\">\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-1\">\r\n        <h3>Do you have any top advertisers you would love to work with?<\/h3>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-2\">\r\n        <p>Well, I\u2019m a big film nerd<strong class=\"il gq\">.\u00a0<\/strong>I would like to work with some movie integrations. We never really get anything from Marvel or DC or any of the big blockbusters. I think we\u2019re quite well placed with our audience (97% male 18\u201345) to reach the people they want. But we never really get those opportunities which is a shame. So, I guess movies, TV, that sort of stuff.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div class=\"m-border-top block\">\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-1\">\r\n        <h3>What determines the cost of an advertising post?<\/h3>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-2\">\r\n        <p>We\u2019ve got a little formula where it\u2019s the amount of how much it\u2019ll cost which is, you know, in-house, sort of a flat fee. Then we figure out how many views it\u2019s gonna get. And then we charge a premium on top of that. So it\u2019s kinda 3 points to work-out on cost. Now we\u2019ve done so many posts and kind of standardized the amount 2.500$-2.600$, around that.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div class=\"m-border-top block\">\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-1\">\r\n        <h3>More often advertisers apply directly or through agencies?<\/h3>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-2\">\r\n        <p>It\u2019s really a mixture. We\u2019ve probably get 50\/50: people who contact us directly and those who come through agencies.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n<div class=\"m-border-top block\">\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-1\">\r\n        <h3>Which influencers do you personally follow?<\/h3>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"block__col-2\">\r\n        <p id=\"3f54\" class=\"ij ik gp il b im je in io ip jf iq ir is jg it iu iv jh iw ix iy ji iz ja jc gi hm\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">I\u2019m not a Big Internet Guy. I don\u2019t really follow many influencers. So I can\u2019t answer that. I don\u2019t even have Instagram installed on my phone. But I technically own a digital media company.
