The brief was simple: launch loud, launch fast. Three markets — the US, Germany and France — awareness plus installs at release, and the full rollout landing inside about a week. No room to overthink it. Just tight execution across the right creators, at the right moment.

The campaign went out in stages, by creator category. Before release, gacha specialists went first — reacting to the developers' stream as new info and trailers dropped, and filming early footage on the test server. The game wasn't out yet, but the buzz was starting.

At release, the broader categories arrived: multigaming, anime and entertainment creators. YouTube carried the integrations, Twitch a two-hour livestream, TikTok the short-form. Together with the client we also ran a front-page Twitch carousel placement in Germany — a premium visibility play worth testing.

Not everything paid off, and that's the actual lesson. The front-page carousel bumped Peak CCV but didn't translate into a meaningful lift in performance — a good reminder that premium placement doesn't equal premium results.

We work across a wide range of creator categories, not just gaming. So instead of leaning on the obvious gacha-gaming route, we used that range to take on the harder part of the brief: reaching players who weren't already looking for the game. Multigaming, entertainment and anime creators carried that reach right as the game launched.
